Sweetfeet Shoes are happy to exchange or refund if the conditions below are met: - The item is clean, has not been worn outside and is in resaleable condition.
- The item is returned to Sweetfeet Shoes within 21 days of purchase.
- There is a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
- The original labels are still attached.
Sweetfeet Shoes are UNABLE to exchange or refund for:- - Items that are not faulty but are no longer in a resaleable condition as a result of being worn.
NB Please ensure your crocs are the right fit by wearing them round the house on carpet when you first get them. Once they have been worn outside they become non resaleable and we WILL NOT be able to exchange or refund your purchase. This does not affect your statutory rightsPlease note that this Returns Policy does not apply to Jibbitz which we CANNOT exchange or refund. Replacement Rivets If the rivets on your crocs are faulty we can send replacements. Please DO NOT incur the cost of sending your crocs back as we will send you replacement rivets FREE OF CHARGE. HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER:
Returns address: Sweetfeet Shoes, Units 142 - 145 Anna Mill Business Park, Wrangaton, Devon, TQ10 9HQ. - Please enclose a note, quoting your original order number, also reason for return, and if looking for a replacement, what style, colour and size, you require.
- Any COSTS incurred in returning the item are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you organise postage that requires a signature when it arrives back here so you have proof that it was delivered Eg Recorded Delivery
- We cannot accept any responsibility for any returned products whilst they are in the postal system until an employee of Sweetfeet Shoes has signed for the delivery.
