UK: All shoes will be shipped FREE OF CHARGE within the UK by Royal Mail - please refer to delivery heading for information (not including boots) EUROPE: All products shipped throughout Europe will incur Post & Package at £5.00 per order. NON EU: Post and Package will be charged at £5.00 per item Shipping costs will be calculated and shown separately in your shopping basket. CUSTOMS: You will be responsible for any customs or import duties levied once the goods reach your country. DELIVERY Under normal circumstances all orders received by 4.30pm (Monday to Friday) will be processed and dispatched within 48 hours assuming stock is available. In the case of stock not being available, we will contact you directly to advise you on expected arrival of new stock or discuss alternative choices. UK: Packages are shipped by Royal Mail First Class Packet Post and should arrive within 2 working days of sending unless otherwise stated. ** Items sent by Royal Mail recorded signed for first class will required a signature on receipt so please provide a delivery address where someone will be present to sign for your order. If no one is available to sign for your order then a ‘you were out' card will be left, detailing collection or re-delivery options. Hunter Boots are sent Next Day Signed For Delivery before 1pm and will require a signature. Europe: These orders are sent via Recorded Royal Mail First Class Packet Post and will normally arrive within 5 days of sending. **

We have teamed up with Royal Mail to offer you a next day delivery service for orders placed by 4pm Monday to Thursday. Orders placed after 4pm, Monday to Thursday will be processed and sent the following day. Orders placed after 4pm Thursday or on Friday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
